Another solid week in the books. Many meaningful updates, as well as a ton of ongoing dialogue with retailers, institutions, developers, lenders and brokers, just to name a few. We owe it to ourselves to stay informed and educated, and I’m making a serious effort to do just that.
Another productive week in the books, as we continue forward! Some takeaways; while this Covid-19 market disruption was impossible to predict, it could uncover opportunities along the way.
With many institution and investors on the sidelines, many will wait for full clarity and market stabilization to start buying again. Some, however, will take some calculated risk, and look for opportunities. That could be better pricing, evolving companies/credits and/or less competition.
I hope you and yours had a wonderful Easter weekend! Another work week has passed and much has remained the same, but there is sign of some changes ahead. Remote offices remain, there are plenty of unknowns in the markets, and we all have continued hope and optimism.
Another long week is behind us. I’m pleased to report we had a fairly positive work week, all things considered. Our team has continued to click on all cylinders, as we carry on through this environment together.
